The Admin badge means you belong to the administrators group. You can manage other users' experiments, runs, projects, scenarios and groups. You can view the Administrators list, but you can't remove accounts or change roles there.
After a group or access change, choose Refresh my access from the profile menu. This reloads your current access.
Administrators can choose Refresh account access from a Standard user's action menu. The app reloads that user's sign-in details on their next request. It doesn't change their account, groups or permissions.
